The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Notes

Access to ADAP is available through Missouri's HIV/AIDS Case Management program.

The HIV/AIDS Case Management Program is available statewide, free of charge, regardless of the insurance status of the individual with HIV or AIDS. Case managers are located in a variety of settings, including local health departments and community-based organizations. A complete listing is available from any regional office or directly from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. 

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Missouri, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Missouri;
  • Gross Income at or Below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
