to develop a healthcare moving checklist. It should be noted that not all AIDS Drug Assistance Programs are alike, and each state’s ADAP is likely have different eligibility requirements and drug formularies, for example!

  • Urgent Care Center
• Know your options for telemedicine
• Find nearby facilities to help you maintain your health and wellness:
  • Pharmacy
  • Fitness Center
  • Integrative Health Progeams (i.e., Reiki, Acupuncture)
